Order Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in ordering the Living Well With Cancer (LWWC) materials. Below you will find some helpful information about ordering.
General information
- Please refer to the online order form for a list of materials available and to order any materials. You may also order the materials by phone, fax, or mail.
- The materials will usually be shipped within one to two weeks of your order.
- All LWWC materials are available on the LWWC website. Your website can have a hyperlink to the materials on the LWWC website. Please indicate on the order form if you would like to receive instructions on how to create a hyperlink.
- The materials are available at no cost.
- The LWWC materials may be reproduced without the written
permission of the LWWC Information Centre. However, no changes
may be made to the materials in any way.
